High-tech nomad Steven Roberts, author of Computing Across America, and The Journal of High-Tech Nomadness, will deliver the DECUS ’95 / San Francisco closing session tomorrow at 4:00 PM in Room 103.
With the help of his 105-speed recumbent bicycle (the “BEHEMOTH”) sporting an onboard computer network, satellite communications, speech synthesizer, solar panels, and other high-tech equipment, Mr. Roberts will discuss alternative working environments and personal lifestyles made possible through today’s information and communication technology.
